What you need to know.
Inkwell Stamps is an Angel Company, and we are happy for you to sell items made with our stamps. All our designs are copyrighted to Inkwell Stamps. You do not need to get permission from Inkwell Stamps to sell your items so long as they are hand-stamped and there is no mechanical mass production involved. Specific written consent from Inkwell Stamps is required for any mechanical production.

Terms and Conditions
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the Customer's statutary rights as a consumer.
Acceptance of the Goods shall be deemed to be the Customer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
Any variation in these Terms and Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed by Inkwell Stamps in writing.
Warranty
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our stamps come with a no fuss guarantee.
Prices and Payment
Payment, including delivery charges, (and any VAT) must be made in full before dispatch of the order. Goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds paid to Inkwell Stamps have cleared in full.
The Price of the Goods is as shown on the Inkwell Stamps website.
All transactions are carried out in GBP (Great British Pounds £)
Seller's Rights
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to human error or soft-ware mal-functions.
We operate this web-site on an "Invitation to Treat" basis and not as an "Offer for Sale". Inkwell Stamps reserves the right to decline orders, and will not be liable to anyone for withdrawing Goods from the web-site or for refusing to process an order.
Products and prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
Your order will be sent by 1st Class post which takes approximately 3-5 days. International orders are sent by 1st Class International post which takes 3-10 days dependent upon your location.
Inkwell Stamps will use every reasonable endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery. Should this not be possible, we will notify you and either agree a new delivery date or arrange a full refund.
We always obtain proof of posting. However the Post Office will not investigate until 15 working days after posting. If you have not received your items after this time, please contact us and we will check the status of the delivery.

Limitation of Liability
Except as may be implied by law, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by Inkwell Stamps the remedies of the Customer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods and Inkwell Stamps shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.
Force Majeure
Inkwell Stamps shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and Inkwell Stamps shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Inkwell Stamps shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. This right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Customer upon making a purchase.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Privacy Policy
Only the personal details needed to process your order are required. We do not release any details of our customers to any outside party, neither do we sell or redistribute in any way the information you give to us..
